Malago

Malago is the comprehensive regeneration of the former City of Bristol College site on Marksbury Road.

We worked with our partners Bristol City Council, Homes England and Sovereign to transform the site into 81 new homes, including 36 affordable homes. The affordable homes are managed by Sovereign and include homes for rent as well as Shared Ownership.

The development is just a few miles from the centre of Bristol and an ideal place to put down roots whether you are stepping on or up the property ladder.

Malago is a fantastic example of true partnership working; we have come together with Sovereign, Bristol City Council and Homes England to create a range of quality new homes, with almost 50% of them affordable, which can only be a good thing for local people here in Bristol. We are really excited to continue our work in the city and look forward to working with our partners again in future. Jon Young, Managing Director at Galliford Try Partnerships West
