Royal Albert Wharf, one of Partnerships London's flagship schemes, has claimed a major industry award.
The team recently won the NHBC ‘Pride in the Job’ award for the London region. Pride in the Job celebrates site managers who demonstrate excellence and commitment to producing homes of outstanding quality. More than 250 judges across the UK apply a robust and meticulous judging process to around 16,000 sites across the UK.
Discussing the award, Ray Toft, Managing Director of Partnerships London, said:
“This award recognises the outstanding work of the team at Royal Albert Wharf, which is quite rightly one of Partnerships London’s premier schemes. The success of the project to date is in no small part due to the fantastic efforts the team makes on a daily basis to make it the fantastic place that it is.”
Situated in the heart of the Royal Albert Basin, Royal Albert Wharf is a superb phased development that will ultimately provide over 1,800 new homes and commercial premises as part of the wider Docklands regeneration.
Partnerships is delivering the scheme in partnership with Notting Hill Genesis, with phase one already complete.
