The Graduate Development Programme aims to provide participants with knowledge and skills.
Supporting their professional development during their career at Galliford Try Partnerships, our programme aims to inspire and educate talented individuals and help instil our values.
The two-year programme is divided into seven modules and comprises a combination of formal training, growth activities and learning from others. Participants are actively encouraged to bring their own relevant learned and lived experience to the programme, which culminates in a celebration event.
Corporate Induction Days are held on a bi-monthly basis for all new staff starters.
These sessions bring new employees together at a geographically central venue to meet the executive leadership team. Both fun and informative, the event helps to demonstrate our values, expectations and the benefits of working for Partnerships. These events are also a great opportunity to meet colleagues from other parts of the business and ask about life working at Partnerships.

Employee Engagement Survey
We care about what it is really like to work at Galliford Try Partnerships and value employee feedback.
To do this, we work with an independent workplace engagement specialist responsible for compiling the Best Companies to Work For lists, which is published annually by The Sunday Times.
This confidential survey gives employees a chance to openly share their feedback on areas of the business including approach to leadership, management, and opportunities for growth or progression. The results of each survey are analysed by the senior leadership team and changes are implemented to working practices where appropriate.
